Wastewater Treatment Systems
At A Brite Company, we design, build, and support complete wastewater treatment solutions tailored to your operation. Our turnkey systems combine precision engineering with reliable performance — ensuring compliance, efficiency, and sustainability.
Let’s find the right solution for your facility.
Flow Through Treatement Systems
A Brite Company’s flow-through systems continuously treat industrial wastewater from 5 to 400 GPM, providing consistent and dependable results. Each system features PLC-based controls to prevent the discharge of untreated wastewater, including plating wastes such as chrome and cyanide. With integrated clarifiers, these compact designs often replace larger multi-tank installations—reducing both footprint and maintenance.
Universal Batch Treatment Systems
Our Universal Batch Treatment Systems are engineered for flexibility and reliability, processing up to 1,500 gallons per batch. Using advanced PLC automation, each system manages pH adjustment, ORP reduction, precipitation, flocculation, filtration, and sludge dewatering through a filter press—completely automated from start to finish. Systems are skid-mounted for simplified shipping and installation and include two- or four-cubic-foot filter presses and 5-micron final filtration.
Filter Presses
A Brite Company Filter Presses deliver superior solids separation for high-volume applications. Our rugged fabricated design features bolted side rails for expansion, ribbed polypropylene plates, and woven polypropylene filter cloths for optimal performance. An air blow-down manifold comes standard, and units are available from 470 mm to 1500 mm, with optional automatic plate shifters for added efficiency.
High Capacity Angled Plate Clarifiers
Built for long service life and dependable operation, A Brite Company Clarifiers provide efficient settling for a wide variety of waste streams. Each unit features welded steel construction, integrated flash-mix tanks, and laminar flow sections for optimal solids removal. Systems are available for flows from 5 to 500 GPM, coated and lined with epoxy for corrosion resistance, and can be paired with pre- and post-treatment modules as needed.
DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) Systems
Our DAF Systems utilize the proven Dissolved Air Flotation process combined with ultrafiltration for final effluent polishing. These hybrid systems efficiently manage high oil, grease, and solids loads—conditions often unsuitable for membrane systems alone. With a compact footprint, they deliver high-performance separation while allowing integration with nano-filtration and reverse-osmosis post-treatment stages.
Bentonite Clay Systems
A Brite Company’s Bentonite Clay Systems provide a simple, one-step solution for removing emulsified oils, metals, and suspended solids. Operating effectively across a wide pH range, the blended clay formulation combines all treatment reactions into a single tank—reducing floor space, equipment needs, and labor. The fast 1-to-5-minute reaction encapsulates contaminants, producing a non-leachable, non-hazardous sludge that cuts disposal costs and simplifies daily operations.
