Wastewater Treatment / Recycle & Reuse Systems

A Brite Company provides both individual components and complete wastewater recycle, reuse, and treatment systems. Our solutions are engineered for efficiency, reliability, and compliance across a wide range of industrial applications.

Flow Through Treatement Systems

Designed for continuous treatment of industrial wastewater at 5–400 GPM, these PLC-controlled systems ensure safe handling of plating shop wastes such as chrome and cyanide. Integrated clarifiers deliver the performance of much larger, multi-tank installations in a compact footprint.

Universal Batch Treatment Systems

With capacities up to 1,500 gallons per batch, these fully automated, PLC-based systems handle heavy metals, TSS, FOG, BOD, and more. Treatment processes include pH adjustment, ORP reduction, precipitation, flocculation, effluent filtration, and sludge dewatering. Skid-mounted for simple shipping and installation, each system comes standard with a filter press (two or four cubic foot) and final 5-micron filtration.

Filter Presses

Our filter presses deliver efficient solids separation for high-volume applications. Key features include ribbed polypropylene plates, woven polypropylene filter cloths, center feed, four-corner discharge, and an air blow-down manifold. Available in 470mm to 1500mm sizes, with optional automatic plate shifters for ease of operation.

High Capacity Angled Plate Clarifiers

Built with welded steel construction and epoxy coatings for long service life, these clarifiers are ideal for settling a wide range of precipitated waste streams. Standard features include large flash mixing tanks, laminar flow design, and generous sludge holding capacity. Systems are available in 5–500 GPM flow rates, with pre- and post-treatment modules as options.

DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) Systems

Our hybrid DAF systems combine proven dissolved air flotation with ultrafiltration for final polishing. Designed to handle high oil, grease, and solids loads, these systems require less floor space than conventional separation methods. Options include nano-filtration and reverse osmosis for advanced effluent recovery.

Bentonite Clay Systems

Bentonite clay systems offer a simple, one-step process to remove emulsified oils, metals, and suspended solids—often without pH adjustment. With reaction times of just 1–5 minutes, they minimize tanks, pumps, valves, and labor. The resulting non-leachable sludge is typically non-hazardous, reducing disposal costs while lowering operational complexity.
